About Irene

I am a 79year old Woman, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother living in the Northern Rivers of NSW Australia.

I have dedicated the past thirty five years of my life to my own personal healing which has allowed me to turn my life around from living with the pain of alcoholism and depression to be now living a full, vibrant life in my late seventies.

This process has not been without its challenges but as a result I have developed empathy and understanding towards others.

 I am dedicated in helping others find the tranquillity and balance I have been able to find within myself, especially in my later years.
