It is a time to appreciate what we can do rather than focusing on things we can't do.

Many in our society view ageing as an unfortunate event but I feel our generation are starting to change that paradigm of thinking.
We are fortunate to be able to live longer lives these days so it is important to maintain our health.
They say 70 is the new 50 so 80 must be the new 60. Let's enjoy it together and support each other to do so.
"Use it or lose it" the saying goes and I do personally find that to be true.
I notice a positive difference in my energy levels when I choose to incorporate healthy habits into my day.
